ABOUT US
It All Starts Here
Knaresborough School of Speech and Drama was founded in 1984 by Denyse Smith. Our aim is to give all children a voice. Our classes are fun opportunities for students to engage in the arts through games, exercises, script work and LAMDA Examinations. We encourage all students to give drama a try. We believe drama is a fantastic way of encouraging shy students to gain confidence, allowing more confident students a space to grow, and giving those interested in arts-based careers the training they need to succeed.
